Either you can share the images of the screen reflecting the error or else you can simply connect the laptop with the PLC, where we can sort the issue with the connectivity of team viewer & getting the access to your system.

Physical Visit:

The time since the company is established we have installed N numbers of machine to different states of India and on the basis of availability we have also allocated the services centre to several regions of India for better presence on spares parts, apart from this a physical visit is scheduled every fourth month to new installed plant as a part of preventive maintenance which continues for 1 year.
