The Revomac Service department has been great -Nanda Industries.
Our first dealing with Revomac was in 2016, when we used Basic Model MAC 1400. Based on our experience with them, we were pleased to install another high capacity model MAC 1800 in 2017. Their sales representatives and everybody in the company go out of their way to provide the equipment and support we need to be successful.
If I have questions or need anything, they’re just a phone call away. And the Revomac Service department has been great. They understand the urgency associated and they understand that when I need help, I need it right away. Technicians respond quickly and make repairs right the first time.
We count on Revomac for parts and service, and they’ve done a good job providing the support we need to be successful. We’ve been working with Revomac for more than 4 years, and I’d definitely say they’ve helped us grow.
